As a matter of principle, we only collect the data required to conclude a contract. The provision of certain data is voluntary and is labelled accordingly. There are no negative consequences associated with the non-provision of this data. However, failure to provide this data in individual cases may make subsequent communication more difficult or delay it.

4 Legal bases for the processing of personal data
a. Data processing for contract fulfilment
We process collected data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purpose of contract fulfilment. This also includes the associated customer service.

If necessary, personal data will be passed on within the FLYERALARM companies and to the companies involved in the processing of this contract, e.g. credit institutions for payment processing, suppliers, delivery services. The data required to fulfil the contract is stored in our customer account and can be deleted at any time on request. The data will not be deleted if receivables are still outstanding and are to be collected after termination of the contract. If statutory retention periods exist, the data concerned will be archived for the duration of these periods.

b. Data processing to protect legitimate interests
In individual cases, we may also process your personal data if this is necessary to protect our legitimate interests, for example when carrying out auditing or compliance measures or in the case of setting mandatory cookies. In this context, your personal data is therefore processed in part to optimise internal company processes.
